How we run the company
The questions that come up in every high-stakes tender, answered up front.
Security operations
Regular independent penetration testing, with findings tracked to closure under our ISO 27001 management system.
The platform controls behind this, from access management to exam-day integrity, are set out in full on our security page.
Business continuity
A 99.95% uptime service level agreement, backed by our ISO 22301 certified continuity management system.
Continuity and recovery planning is written around the scenario that matters most to you: an incident during a live exam window.
Accessibility and inclusion
Accessibility is designed in from the start. Candidate interfaces are tested with keyboard and screen reader, and reasonable adjustments such as extra time, rest breaks, colour and font controls are handled inside the platform.
We publish an accessibility statement and share our conformance evidence openly, including known limitations.
Data protection and residency
Your data is hosted in your own region, so you can meet your regulatory and residency requirements, and we support your retention schedules and subject access obligations.
Our sub-processors are held to the same standard as we hold ourselves, and the current list is available to customers.
Company standing
Eintech is a UK-registered software company, founded in 2010, that has built and operated assessment technology ever since. Rogo is our own product, developed and supported in-house.
Company records, insurance certificates and financial information are provided as standard during due diligence.
Completing a tender or review?
Ask us for our certificates, policies and accessibility evidence. We answer supplier questionnaires and assessments directly, and we are always happy to start that conversation early.
Why we built Rogo
Rogo started inside an awarding organization. We were the ones running the exams, and we kept hitting the same wall: platforms that were clunky to use, oversold on the demo and underwhelming in practice, rigid when we needed to flex, and wrapped in strange terminology that got in the way of the job.
So we built the platform we wished we'd had, one designed by people who actually deliver assessment, in plain language, flexible by default, and honest about what it does. That's still the standard we hold Rogo to today.
We don't believe in standing still
Creating eAssessment and remote learning platforms that work for you, works for us. That's why we've designed Rogo from the ground up, adding features at every level that help you make the most of your assessment platform.
Education is for everyone, and so are we, Rogo is a great fit from international training organisations and apprenticeship providers to global corporations and high-stakes awarding bodies.
Embedded in the assessment world
From our CEO to our product team, everyone at Rogo is deeply involved in the assessment and testing industry, shaping how the sector thinks about the future of assessment.
On the industry stage
We sit on industry boards, speak on panels and present at global events alongside some of the world's biggest awarding and certification bodies.
Built with our users
Rogo is built in collaboration with the people who use it, whether that's round-table 'Rogo Days' or one-to-one conversations about what you need next.
Beside you all year
We understand the pressures of the assessment calendar, and we're here to make sure you're never navigating them alone.
An Eintech innovation
Eintech was founded in 2010 by James Carter, then working within an awarding organisation, to build tools that would ease the transition from paper to digital assessment. In 2011 the first version of Rogo launched and quickly became popular in the accountancy industry, thanks to its financial-scenario question type and its granular psychometric data.
