These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://getrogo.com and any related content, functionality and services offered on or through it (the "Site"), operated by Eintech Ltd. ("Eintech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Your use of the Rogo platform under a subscription or services agreement is governed by that separate agreement, not by these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the public marketing Site only.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Eintech Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Rogo is a registered trademark of Eintech Ltd.
2. Using our Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, is fraudulent or has any fraudulent purpose or effect, or seeks to harm or attempt to harm any person in any way. We may withdraw, suspend or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business and operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice of any withdrawal.
3. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including the Rogo name, logo and brand. Those works are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page from the Site for your own reference, but you must not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
4. No reliance on information
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely.
