Eintech Ltd. is committed to making Rogo and this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is central to how we build assessment technology: fair assessment starts with access for every candidate.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the candidate experience and our website. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

What we do

• Design for sufficient colour contrast and readable, resizable text.
• Build with semantic, standards-based HTML so content works with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
• Support full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and clear labels for interactive controls.
• Test the candidate experience against WCAG 2.2 AA as part of our development process.

Assessment accommodations

Beyond the interface itself, Rogo supports reasonable adjustments for candidates who need them, such as extra time, rest breaks and adjustable presentation. If you deliver assessments with Rogo and need to configure accommodations, please speak to your account contact.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where we identify limitations, we prioritise fixing them. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.
