Eintech, creator of the Rogo end-to-end assessment platform, wishes a fond farewell to Marc Carpenter, Business Development Director… for now.
As of October 31st 2024 Marc will retire from his day to day involvement in the company, however his 44 years of skills and experience – 14 of which in the assessment industry – will still be present as he remains a member of the Board of Directors.
Since joining Eintech in 2017, Marc has been key to developing the sales and marketing strategy in the company, nurturing relationships with leading assessment bodies in the financial sector like CIPFA and ICAEW, as well as expanding the platform’s use with EPAOs, and training providers looking to service their students with practice tests and flexibility in secure exam delivery.
Marc was instrumental in discussions with Reed Assessment, leading to their 50% ownership investment in 2022, which now forms a major part of Eintech’s growth strategy.
In his retirement announcement on LinkedIn, Marc thanked everyone he has worked with, and directed attention towards his ongoing charitable associations. You can read the statement in full here: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7213833498774646785/
“We are immensely thankful to Marc for his unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership,” said James Carter, Eintech Founder and CEO.
“While we will miss his day-to-day involvement, we are fortunate to retain his expertise as a member of the Board, where his insights will continue to guide our future growth.”
In conjunction with this announcement, Eintech is excited to reveal the appointment of Jack Hugill as its new Business Development Director.
Jack has been promoted from his role as Head of Sales within Reed Assessment to ensure seamless integration between the two companies, ensuring that all customers are directed towards the best services to meet their specific needs.
Jack’s dedication in leading the team at Reed Assessment to deliver exams for the British government, alongside leading financial and medical assessment bodies, made him the perfect candidate to continue the growth of Eintech and development of partnership opportunities.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jack as a full time member of the Eintech team.” added James Carter. After working with the wider Eintech team for the past two years, we are confident that he will build on the solid foundation laid by Marc to maintain excellent relationships with our community and everyone in the testing industry.”
